Dr. Ishita Singh Gahlaut is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Post Graduate Govt. College, Sector-11, Chandigarh. She has done her Ph.D in Water Management from Department of Economics, University of Jammu. She has received UGC Indira Gandhi Fellowship, UGC Swami Vivekananda Fellowship and Nehru Trust Fellowship. Presented Research Paper in Water Economics at World Water Congress held at Edinburgh (U.K). Besides this, she has many papers to her credit, presented in International and National Conferences, like University of Nottingham (U.K), Asian Institute of Technology (Bangkok) etc. She has an expertise in Water Management and Governance.
