Mr. Manmatha Kar is associated with the Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar from 2018 as an Asst. Prof. In Political Science. He has completed his M.A in Political Science (Gold Medalist) from CBPBU in 2017. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. from CBPBU. He has participated and presented papers in a number of  UGC Sponsored National and other International Seminars organized by various prestigious Universities and Institutions. He also received the Best Parliamentarian award in Mock Parliament organized by the Department of Parliamentary Affairs (Govt of W.B). Mr. Kar is a psephologist, philanthropist, Human rights activist, and also interested in International Relations and geopolitics.
