Dr. Kiran Kumar Thoti earned a full-time Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Human Resource Management from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (Government University), Kota Bharu, Malaysia, from 2012 to 2015, as well as an MBA Industry Integrated Full Time (Human Resource & Marketing) from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Production Engineering) from Madras Institute of Management. I have 13+ years of experience in teaching at the MBA and bachelor's degree levels. From June 2009 to August 2012, I worked as a Senior Lecturer and Placement Officer at the Don Bosco Institute of Bioscience and Management Studies, Mysore Road, Bangalore. From December 2014 to September 2016, I worked as an Assistant Professor (SL), and was promoted to Associate Professor from September 2016 to September 2019 at Sree Vidyanikethan Institute of Management, Mohan Babu University, Tirupati. From September 2019 to March 2022, I will be working as an Associate Professor at KLH Business School, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (Deemed to be University) off-campus Hyderabad. I started to work as a Senior Lecturer & Associate Faculty from March 2022 to the present at FKP, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Kota Bharu, Malaysia. I have completed 18+ certificates from IIT, LinkedIn, Google Academy, NPTEL. I have been involved in research and have given presentations and chaired workshops and conferences at both the national and international levels. I have actively taken part as a guest speaker, resource person, and chairman session for over 76 national and international conferences and 13 FDPs to date, as well as published 86 manuscripts in national and international journals and 4 textbooks. I functioned as an industrial consultant and supplied training for various industries in Hyderabad. I have a proven history of producing 100% results for MBA and BBA students.
