K. Mahendravarman holds PhD in English and is currently working as a Guest Faculty at Periyar Arts College, Cuddalore, and Tamilnadu. Started working as a Social worker since 2012. Author has helped many children to study and pursue career in different stream and ensured that they get all the facilities that would help them grow. Living by his vision, “To provide best and equal education possible”, he tutors in District Employment office and in various institutions alongside Cuddalore. The author is a man of varied interest, who has his chief research in the areas of Tribal and Dalit Literature respectively. He holds over and above 10 publications to his credit, that includes National and International level. He has been as a Research Assistant in ICSSR Major Research project entitled “Atrocities on women as expounded in Dalit Literature of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (2016- 2018)”. The Author is a recipient of prestigious awards as follows: Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Award (2018), Best Young Achiever Award (2021), Purachiyalar Award (2022) , Nature and Humanity Award ( 2023).
