Dr. Ashutosh Pitaliya is Indian legal education administrator, jurist presently working in Bhupal Nobles' University as Dean, Faculty of Law at Udaipur. He did B.Com.in 1997, LL.B. in 2000, LL.M. in 2005 and MBA in 2009. He did his Ph.D. on "Encroachment upon Personal Liberty through Custodial Violence: An Analytical Study with Special Reference to Human Rights". He started teaching in SVN Law College from 2005. In 2007, he joined Faculty of Law, Bhupal Nobles' University. He is member of various academic bodies. He has presented more than 20 papers in various national and international seminars. More than 25 Articles have been published in various national & international journals. He is an author of a book "Human Rights in India". He also participated in one Refresher Course and also enhances his knowledge through attending numerous Faculty Development Programmes
