Dr.Mastan Bijalikhan is a physical education and fitness administrator in practice. His excellence in physical education and research was realized. He had over 15 research articles published in international and national journals. He earned his M.P.Ed and PGDYS degrees from Karnataka University Dharwad, Karnataka. He Obtained his PhD from Bharthiar University  Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. His areas of interests include research, Training methods, athletics, and yoga.For the past six years, he has serving as Physical Education Director at Hebbur Mahavidyalaya, Arts and Commerce College, Bhadravathi, Shimogga district, Karnataka, and has dedicated himself to the cause of sports by teaching, coaching, and Training to the sports persons, and academic students.
