Dr. Mirza Ruhullah Baig is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Education, Directorate of Distance Education, Lalit Narayan Mithila University Kameshwaranagar Darbhanga, Bihar. He has more than 10 years teaching experience in the field of Teacher Education. He has awarded Doctorate of Philosophy in Education from Patna University, Patna Bihar. He has also completed M.Sc. Mathematics from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga and M. Ed. & B.Ed. from Maulana Azad National Urdu University Hyderabad. More than 10 research articles in UGC Care List or Referred Journal have been published by him. He has been invited as a resource person in different workshop and training programme. The author has also several years administrative experience such Assistant Centre Superintendent, member  of different academic body and also served as Assistant University Nodal Officer, L N Mithila University for State Level Bihar Combined Entrance Test for B.Ed. and Four-Year Integrated B.Ed. from last Two Years.
