Dr. Namrata Kumari is an Indian-born Biotechnology scientist. She is very much interested to connect with the general public who can gain knowledge from her research work. This book is a part of her research work and the main motive is to help the researchers and students who are interested to gain more knowledge about the JEV infection. She has done her Ph.D in virology from Bioengineering and Technology Department in 2018. After that, she got selected as a Women scientist in the Department of Health Research, New Delhi and got a chance to work in the Japanese encephalitis field. Her research interest is mainly in the virology field. She has worked in the field of Hepatology for almost five years. Apart from this, she has published many National seminars have been attended by her. She has contributed a good number of articles in virology in her regional language (Assamese) to create awareness during the COVID-19 pandemic time.
