Nishant Mohanty is a lawyer hailing from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and currently works as a Legal Analyst for a tech company based in Singapore. Residing in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Nishant has a longstanding passion for publishing articles and writing research papers, with numerous contributions to both international and national journals dating back to his law school days. He earned his B.A. LL.B from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad and his LL.M from Siksha O Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar. A former national-level tennis player, Nishant transitioned from the tennis courts to the courts of law, serving as a Junior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India before pursuing his master's degree. The topic at hand came to life when the author was able to co-relate the Climate Change issues in the world and the Corporate Social Responsibilities of an entity/corporation. The book dives deep into an analysis of CSR in other countries such as China and the USA which helped the author provide recommendations that are tailor-made for Indian companies.
