Dr. Ajai Kumar Pandey received his post-graduation degree  in English, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English from the department of English and other European Languages and Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Department of Education and Adult Education of D.D.U. Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur (U.P.). Furthur his post-graduation in Education is received from U.P.Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad (U.P.) and started his contribution as a Lecturer at D.B. Inter College, Gorakhpur. He is currently working as a Principal - Tarun Inter College, Kunda-Kuchai, Mau (U.P.)with keen observation regarding educational tools, theories and philosophies, school administration and burning problems of government schools
