Basic Information
Virendra Kumar Pandey is born in rural area of Satna, Madhya Pradesh and his father was in Indian Army. His schooling continued from CBSE boards in army schools. He came back to native town for higher education and was silver medalist in UG and PG. During his academic teaching experience he found the gap between the concepts which can be fulfilled by his notes and input to facilitate the students. This motivated him to write this book on “Textbook of Food Microbiology”. Author has 20+ abstract Presentation and 6 publications in national and international journals. He is having a belief that Food is the best medicine in 21st century and safer is the medicine healthier is our body.
