Dulu Patnaik is presently working as Principal of Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna. He received his B.E.(E&Tc), M.Sc.Engg. (Elect.), M.Tech., Ph.D.(Engg.), Ph.D.(Mgmt.) & D.Litt(Hon.) and having work experience of more than 27 years in teaching, research and industries. His areas of interests are Electronics, Instrumentation and Industrial Management etc. He is an active member of various professional societies like IE(I), IETE, CSI, ISTE, IIIE, INSC, TSI, ISOI, BMESI etc. He had chaired/organized and attended various STTPS, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences etc. and acted as resource person/guest faculty & delivered invited talks. He had published many research papers and is also Reviewer & Consulting Editor of some National and International journals of repute. He had received eight (08) awards from IE(I), IETE, and the Rajalaxmi memorial "Best Engineering College Teacher" in 2011 from ISTE, New Delhi. At present; under his guidance, two research scholars are working in the field of Electronics Engg. and three research scholars are working in the field of Management. He is actively engaged in consultancy & project works. He worked in different capacities for different committees of BPUT, Odisha, Academic Advisor of NCSS, New Delhi as well as BoG, BoS member of different Universities & Autonomous Institutions. Beside this, he is also associated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Foundation Trust, Kalahandi for Social Service.
