Pavan Kumar. R, is a practicing advocate, who is passionate about researching in various fields of law. He has completed his Master's, specializing in Taxation and Business Laws. Also Post-graduation diploma's specializing in Human Rights and Cyber Law .His areas of practice cover Private International Law, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Maritime Law and Business Laws. He also holds the position of Reviewer at Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He was also the Co-chair of Academic, content and publication board at Indian National Association of Legal Professions and is presently an International Headboard member at IJERAE World Research Council, UK. He has got more than 76 publications in National and International Journals to his name and authored two texts titled "A Handbook on Multilateral Instruments" and "The Law of Electronic Contracts". Recently, he was awarded Research Excellence Award -2022 for his Research Paper titled "Global perspectives on Gender Equality and Taxation" by Institute of Scholars. He is also been awarded the prestigious Lex Falcon Award 2022 by Society of Indian Law Firms and Lex talk world at Dubai.
