Mrs. Renuka Polly Dass is presently working as an Associate Professor at Rohilkhand College of Nursing, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She has completed her master's degree in Mental Health Nursing from P.G. College of Nursing, Gwalior, M.P., and she is currently a Ph.D. scholar at Bareilly International University. She has provided guidance for numerous research projects for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has actively participated in several international and national workshops and conferences, presenting her research papers. Furthermore, she has contributed significantly to the field by publishing numerous research papers and review articles in various international and national journals. In addition to her academic contributions, she serves as an Ad-Hoc Inspector for UPSMFC and acts as an external examiner at various colleges. She also works as a member of the Institutional Research Ethical Committee. With teaching experience of more than 10 years, she is committed to the advancement of nursing education and research.
