Priyabrata Pattanayak is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy at Sri Jaydev College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bhubaneswar. He has qualified for GATE, a national-level screening test conducted by the Ministry of Human Resource Development two times in the years 2004 and 2005 with a percentile of 92.18 and 96.80 respectively. He obtained his Post-Graduation in pharmaceutical chemistry from Devi Ahalya Viswavidyalaya(Formerly Indore University) in the year of 2007 and his Ph.D. from Bhagwant University, Ajmer. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience and has published more than 30 research papers in various national and international journals of repute.
