Prof. Dr. M. Punithavalli received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Alagappa University. She is currently Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Applications, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. She has 27 years of Academic and Research experience. Her research interests include Information Security, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Software Engineering. She has authored three books and published more than 100 research articles in international journals.
