He loves executing mega Infrastructure PPP/EPC projects and is on mission to help Indian projects managers to understand the finer aspects of managing project management through small Caselet-lets, He has managed Large Scale Greenfield/Brownfield/Digitization Projects in Ports , Fishing Harbour , Social Infrastructure Auto OEM Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and Renewables Energy and Projects of Global Importance in Switzerland, Germany, USA, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Spain, Japan, Italy, Brazil, Japan and India. Prof Rakesh Pathak is a PPP (Public-Private Partnership) Trained Project Manager by IIM Kozhikode and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008, 9001:2015, ISO TS 16949, and OHSAS 14000/18000 and has Audited more than 50 Global Manufacturing Companies for Project Quality Assurance and Certification, He has been associated with esteemed Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in Maharashtra for curriculum development and has published around 10 Interdisciplinary research papers in Indian/ international Journals and have presented the finding at renowned Indian/International Conferences held in India and Abroad. he is “Certified Fish Bowl Strategist” and loves to impart skill development for improving employability of Students in Business Schools, He is Certified Independent Director and Advisory Board Member of Manufacturing Today Magazine, He is Currently Pursuing Phd. in Management from Amity Business School (ABS), Amity University Maharashtra (AMU) and has completed Postgraduate Program for Executive- Visionary Leadership for Manufacturing (PGPEX-VLFM) From IIM Calcutta, IIT Chennai and IIT Kanpur, besides MS in Manufacturing Management (MM) from BITS Pilani and BE in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University in 1998. He is Certified Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by AIMA.
