Dr Rashi Malpani is an Assistant Professor at Sarala Birla University, Ranchi,Jharkhand. She has more than six years of research cum academic experience. She holds a BBA, MBA (all with first-classdistinction),and PhD from the esteemed Birla Institute of Technology (Deemed University) in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Her doctoral research, titled “Sustainable Entrepreneurship: An Emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities of Indian Startup Companies,” highlights her expertise in the field. Her primary research interests include CSR, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management. She teaches courses in General Management and Marketing, bringing her expertise to both areas of study. She has also won best paper award in National Conference organized by ICFAI, Jharkhand. She has contributed to the academic community through numerous publications in peer-reviewed, international journals, including Scopus, ABDC indexed journals and has shared her findings at prestigious international conferences, demonstrating her commitment to advancing her fields of study. She is a reviewer of many national and international journals of high repute. She has also contributed as an organizing member for both national and international conferences hosted by the university.
