Dr. R.Rekha, Executive Council Member, Andhra University. Pursued M.Sc. (Community Health and Nutrition), Ph.D. (Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, Andhra University) M.Sc. Yoga, PG Diploma in Yoga, Pursuing Ph.D. in Yoga, M.A English literature. Nutrition Counsellor, Food Columnist and a lifestyle coach, possessing vast  distinguished teaching experience of eighteen years in Community Nutrition and Food science . Yoga and Diet counsellor in Andhra University and as Academic counsellor at IGNOU, worked with a foreign University at an early age of career, possessing research experience in the fields of nutrition, yoga, food science, food technology, food microbiology or toxicology etc and published in renowned National and International journals ,authored books, active participant  in AIR (All India Radio) . Being a passionate dedicated teacher disseminated knowledge by conducting free health camps and free nutrition counselling sessions very patiently but full of motivation as a key concept to combat malnutrition, nutritional deficiencies, degenerative disorders with a special focus on women health and adolescent girls.  I, Designed Community service project( APSCHE)  part of New Education Policy NEP on the theme “ Yoga and Health”.I received the “Global Teaching excellence Award 2022 for contribution in Health Awareness”  in recognition of excellence teaching. I, Delivered frequent lectures on personalized diets, Foods of Andhra, Nutrition and health for group one and group two cadre officials, government employees and Doctors conducted by the prestigious organization Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute (APHRDI) .  My dedication, interest and quest for knowledge motivates me in spreading knowledge. Voluntarily I am always in the front row in rendering services out of passion towards the subject, that shows the love, interest and enthusiasm towards education and boosts the spark of  quenching my thirst for knowledge because “Learning never stops….”
