She is an Editorial Board Member of Universe Journal of Nursing Research,  Lifetime Member of Trained Nurses Association of India and many more. She has been awarded with Rashtriya Trained Nurses Association of India and many more. She has been awarded with Rashtriya Pratishtha Purushkar by Worthy Wellness Foundation. She had been the organizing member of many International/National Conferences and Workshops. She has published book on Research Methodology, Procedure Manual in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Drugs in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and written many chapters in different books. She has Published Research Papers in International and National journals.
