Mr. Saikat Mazumder is presently Assistant Professor, Deaprtment of Food Technology and Member, Entrepreneurship Development Cell at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Kolkata. Mr. Mazumder is also the Innovation ambassador, Institution Innovation Council, Guru Nanak Institute of Technology. He has earned a Master of Technology degree in Food Technology from Techno India Salt Lake, under the West Bengal University of Technology securing 1st position. He has more than 6 years of experience in operation management, research, entrepreneurship, and start-up ecosystem development.
