Dr. Sandip Sahebrao Tapkir is an academician, author, researcher,mentor, innovator, leader in hotel and hospitality, tourism, management education with 24 years of experience.  He graduated from MSIHMCT in the year 1999. And further Mastered Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and obtained his Ph.D. in Management on the topic of Training & Development in the Hotel Industry in 2019 from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Presently working as the director at IHM- MGM University, Aurangabad Maharashtra India. He is also recognized as a PhD Guide at the university. He is the Founder of the Society for Hospitality Educators, Maharashtra Paryatan Vikas Manch for the service of the hospitality and tourism fraternity and stakeholders.    Dr. Sandip Tapkir, a well-known Hospitality & Tourism leader, had received many prestigious awards and recognition for his contribution and dedication to hospitality and tourism education and skill development. Under his able leadership he had organized many national and international events, seminars , webinars , conferences and food festivals. Being a hospitality & tourism fraternity, he had given lectures online /offline on the various universities and institutes, tourism departments, MTDC, and private organizations.   As a research referee, reviewer, guide author is guiding six students in hospitality & tourism subjects at Institute of Hotel Management, MGM University Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.  . The author has published twelve research papers in UGC care reputed journals. The author has published a book on Food & Ayurveda 2021.
