Dr.Satyapriya Roy is an Assistant Professor and the HoD of the Dept. of Human Physiology. He had completed his PhD in Health Science (Human Physiology) and his specialization is Nutritional Assessment, Human Physical Growth Study, and Human Genetics. He has been a teacher for more than 14 years as PGT (Human Physiology) in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Class XII School and now as Assistant Professor in a Government College of Tripura.He has attended different workshops, webinars, seminars, and conferences and has given many Invited Talks as resource persons in different programs. He was also a judge of the Science fair atthe district level and school level. He is a Life Member of the InSC (Membership ID: 20233YRA317), Physiological Society of India, Indian Science Congress, Select Science, and member of Lancet, Springer Nature, Academia, American Journal of Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, Gyan Bichitra, etc. He is actively engaged in various co-curricular and student-related activities.He has achievedTEACHER INNOVATION AWARD, for Sustainable efforts toward promoting joyful and experiential teaching.
