Dr. Seema Devi is an accomplished academician and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at CDRJM in Butana, Sonipat, India. With over five years of teaching experience, she has proven to be an invaluable asset to her institution. Dr. Seema completed her Bachelor of Business Administration from Maharshi Dayanand University, followed by a Master's in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Studies and Research at Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and Secured First Class, First Position (Gold Medal) in MBA (H). She then went on to complete her Master of Commerce from the same university and Secured a 16 th Position. Dr. Seema has qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Commerce twice in July 2016 and November 2017, highlighting her dedication to her field. Her area of research interest is accounting and finance. In May 2023, she completed her Ph.D. in Forensic accounting from the Department of Commerce at Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She also completed a short-term certificate course in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination from IFS Education Department in Pune, securing an A grade. She has an impressive record of publications and research. She has published 13 research papers in various UGC Care listed, peer-reviewed, and refereed journals of national and international repute. She has also presented 32 research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. Additionally, Dr. Seema has participated in 10 national and international workshops on Research Methodology and completed 16 Faculty Development Programs online and offline modes.
