Dr. Shafiqa Gul is a distinguished academician and researcher with a diverse background and extensive experience in higher education. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kashmir. Driven by her passion for research, Dr. Shafiqa Gul pursued a Ph.D. in her field, pushing the boundaries of knowledge. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor in Higher Education. Her research prowess extends beyond the classroom, with over 40 research papers published in prestigious national and international journals. Her research endeavours have garnered recognition and support from renowned organizations like the University Grants Commission and the Indian Council of Medical Research and Tribal Research Institute (TRI) in Jammu and Kashmir as a Research Fellow, gaining insights into the challenges faced by marginalized communities and promoting inclusivity and equity in education.
