Dr. Fr. Shaiju Payyappilly, cmi hails from Kuttikkadu, Chalakkudy in Thrissur District in Kerala.  Born on 17 March 1973, he had his Primary and Secondary education from St. Sebastian’s Higher Secondary School, Kuttikkadu. He completed Pre-Degree Course (10+2) from Christ College, Irinjalakkuda, Thrissur District affiliated to University of Calicut and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Sree Sankara College, Kalady, Ernakulam District affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Dr. Fr. Shaiju has also completed Bachelor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Theology from Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, Bangalore, Karnataka. The author completed Master of Arts in English Literature from GOVT Kakateeya P.G. College, Jagdalpur and Master of Education from Shri Harishankar Shukla Memorial College, Raipur affiliated to Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. Dr. Fr. Shaiju cleared UGC NET EXAM in Education in July 2018 and was awarded Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in March 2020. He has 9 years’ teaching experience in High School Level and 7 years teaching experience in the Departments of English as well as Education at Christ College, Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh. The author has attended and presented research papers in 6 International/National level Educational Conferences and has published 6 research papers in various UGC approved Research Journals on Education. Currently, Dr. Fr. Shaiju is working as Vice Principal, General Co-ordinator, Controller of Examinations, Head of the Department of English and Co-ordinator of Department of Education as well as Asst Professor in the Departments of English and Education at Christ College, Jagdalpur, Bastar District in Chhattisgarh. His areas of teaching experience are Educational Psychology, Curriculum and Knowledge, Assessment in Learning, and Language Proficiency in English.
