My journey as microbiologist started since 1991 while pursuing my PG in Life sciences. Microbiology is my passion and am devoted towards my subject since last 31 years of academics, have nearly 25 years of teaching experience in microbiology and botany as assistant professor in various colleges/ Universities of Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. I have motivated & transformed chiliadals to their best of academics in life sciences. I have graduated (BSc) and pursued my MSc.(Merit position)& Ph.D Courses from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur Chhattisgarh. My enthusiasm and keen interest towards sustainable development have prompted me in Agriculture microbiology leading to research in the same field. I was JRF (qualified GATE-1993),SRFand RA in Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, M.P.I have been honored with 12th M.P Young Scientist Award 1997, Award of Excellence(IUFRO Symposium)2011,and Best Designer Award (Navbharat) 2007.Have completed PG Diploma in Yoga and M.A.Philosophy from Hemchand Yadav University, Durg,C.G. In accordance has life time membership in many Professional Bodies (MBSI, MPCG Darshan Parishad, Advances in LifeSciences, Trends in BioSciences, Society for Science and Environment, ICPEP, Indian Journal of Ecology and Indian Botanical Society). Membership in around 20 Committees. Adding to my basket I have been appointed as reviewer in Indian Journal of Microbiology (Springer), Trends in Biosciences, Society for Science and Environment, Advances in Pharmacology and Toxicology, IJCRT, E-Elsevier. Have attended 70 above Conferences/ Seminars and 80 Webinars at National and International levels and presented papers. I have been resource person, guest speaker, Ph.d. examiner under my academic bags. Have organized Seminars, workshops, value added courses, certificate courses, IPR workshops. Several PG Projects and completed 4 UGC-BSR projects, has 2 student pursuing Ph.D. Published, 25 research papers and 5 patents (4National,1 German). I have edited 2 books on my name, also available on online platform (Flipkart, Amazon, Kindle) under IIP book series. Have 4 book chapters published, co-author in an conference souvenir, as my achievements. All this achievements and outstanding performance in the field of microbiology & Life Sciences has promoted me as a cascade in my career and presently working as HOD & NAAC Coordinator, SSSSMV, Bhilai, member in board of studies of Hemchand Yadav University, Durg & Shri Shankracharya Professional University, Bhilai. I have my own youtube channel with lectures on Microbiology and have developed on course module with INSc. Not stopping my journey of achievements got best department award 2022, I am happy to be selected and awarded as Senior Teacher Award 2023on the basis of academic performance led by Microbiologist Society India (MBSI).
