Dr Bhavana Sharma is currently working as Associate Professor in School of Law, Birla Global University. She has completed her Ph.D. in Law. She also completed Post Graduate Diploma in "Industrial Relations and Personal Management. She has also done Diploma in Cyber Law. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of teaching and advocacy. She has published 40 research papers in various reputed Scopus indexed, WOS, National & International Journals and few as chapters in edited books. She has presented 30 research papers in National/ International Seminars/ Conference. She has also completed the courses like Children's Human Rights- An Interdisciplinary Introduction from University of Geneva, Feminism and Social Justice from University of California, SANTA CRUZ, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence from Indian School of Business Human Rights for Open Societies from Utrecht University, Introduction to International Criminal Law from Case Western Reserve University, America's Written Constitution from Yale University, Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy from The University of NORTH CAROLINA at CHAPEL HILL, Introduction to English Common Law from the University of London & International Women's Health and Human Rights from Stanford University. She has also attended a number of FDPs & Workshops Courses during her career. She is associated as editors with reputed journals. She has been awarded by “Award of Honor", for contribution & Achievement in the field of Education, "Academic Excellence Award", Distinguish Academician Award, Excellence in Constitutional Law Teaching award & Best Research Paper award during her career.
