Shiji Nishanth, MA (English language and literature), MA (English), MSc (Psychology), ME.d, M.Phil (Education) was born on 10 June 1986 in Kerala, India. Daughter of K Padmavathi and K.M Radhakrishnan, she married Nishanth K and she has two children Nivedhya N Nair and Nawalkishor N Nair. She is an Assistant Professor at Bhavans Ramakrishnan Institute of Teacher Education College, Kozhikode, India, she is concurrently pursuing a PhD in Education, at Mother Teresa Women University, Kodaikanal. With 13 years of post-B.Ed. teaching experience, she possesses multiple postgraduate degrees in English, Education, and Psychology. her scholarly impact extends globally through research papers published and presented on national and international platforms. Actively participating in workshops, she stays current with developments in education. Her commitment to accessible knowledge dissemination is evident through two influential books; "Psychology in Education", and "Research Methodology Theory and Techniques". As a dynamic academician, she significantly contributes to education, literature, and psychology. Driven by a relentless pursuit of knowledge, she is dedicated to democratising education, bridging academic rigour with broader educational contexts within and beyond the classroom.
