Dr.Shilpi Saha is an Assistant Professor and the HOD of the Dept. of Medical Laboratory Technology, Bhavan’s Tripura College of Science and Technology, since 2011. She has completed herPh.D. in Human Physiology and herspecialization is Nutritional Assessment, Human Physical Growth Study, Menstruation, and Anthropometry.She has attended different workshops, webinars, seminars, and conferences and has given many Invited Talks, Selectors in the recruitment board, and Rotary Club as resource person in different programs. She is a Member of ResearchGate, Springer Nature, American Journal of Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, etc. She is actively engaged in various co-curricular activities within the college, the Internship program in AGMC, and IGM for the Students. She achieved ‘The International Proud Womania Award - 2023, by Namaste India Council of Educators (NICE), on 8th March 2023, in the Category – Research, Teaching, Guidance, Motivation and Social Activity. She has published 13 research papers in renowned high-impact factorJournalsand Books with ISBN.
