Dr. Shivpreet Singh Malhi (HC), In one word he is all about understanding. Of course of difficult situation and simplify that to standardize to make methodology to train, coach and assess the outcome.  He is son of soil and Bachelor in Agriculture Sciences with major in Agricultural Economics. He is Masters in Agriculture Economics and MBA from Berlin. Twenty plus years experience in management and implementation of lean and business excellences.   Further to this, he has been honoured with Ph.D from CUV, Kingdom of TONGA in management with reference to agriculture economics.
