Dr. Sanjay J. Shenmare (1969): B. Sc. (Bio), M. Lib. & Inf. Sci., M. Phil. (LISc), Ph. D. (LISc) He has been working as a Librarian at Shivshakti Arts, Commerce and Science College Babhulgaon, Dist. Yavatmal - 445 101 (Maharashtra) since 6th Sept. 1995 which is accredited by NAAC with B++ grade with 2.85 CGPA in 3rd Cycle. He has worked for long time as a Contributory Lecturer in Library Science at college as well as at YCMOU Nasik Study centre at UG& PG level. He has awarded Ph. D. (2015) in Library and Information science field on ‘Information Literacy Programmes in Medical College Libraries in Maharashtra: An Analytical Study’ by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. He has Published two book on ''How to Write Dissertation and Research Papers” (2013) and ‘Skill Development: Today and Tomorrow’ by Satyam Publishers and Distributors, Jaipur. He has published 6 articles in Book. And 59 articles published in International, National, State and Regional Conferences and Seminars and in Journals. He is closely active in library movement and a life member of various Professional Associations. He delivered a series of lectures on Maximum Use of Library Resources, Use of N-LIST at various Colleges. He has implemented 40+ innovative activities in his area regarding Promoting and Motivating the Reading Culture among Library Users. Now he is working as trained and authorized Soft Skill trainer and Counselor for SGBAU, Amravati. He is a member of Pull of experts for Academic Audit, SGBAU, Amravati
