Dr. Somasekhar Donthu has been Working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Business Administration in Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has been  awarded  Ph. D in . in Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur in 2021. He has 13 years of experience in teaching and research. He was qualified in UGC-NET for Lectureship in June, 2013 and APSET - Eligibility for Assistant Professor in September, 2013. He completed CII SCMPro (Supply Chain Management Professional) Certification and CII SCA (Supply Chain Analytics certification from CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) in February 2019 and February 2021 respectively. He is life member in ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development). He has published 14 research papers in various National and International Journals which are Scopus Indexed and UGC CARE List. He also completed 10 NPTEL Certifications in Management discipline with special focus on Business Analytics. He also completed 4 Annual Refresher Programme in Teaching (ARPIT) Certifications from MHRD in the areas of Management and Higher Education. He has attended 15 Faculty Development Programs in the areas of Business Analytics, Data Science and MOODLE from Central Universities, NITs and ATAL. His area of research are Data Science, Business Analytics and Human Resource Management.
