Dr. Soumi Chatterjee is presently working as Assistant Professor of Law at School of Law and Legal Affairs, Noida International University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.  She is a graduate with Honours degree in Criminal Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. She has secured a Post Graduate Degree in Law from Amity Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Amity University, Noida and a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from Noida International University.  She is author of various research articles in National and International Journals. Her areas of interest are Gender Neutrality, Men’s Rights, Women Studies and International Criminal Law
