Ms. SOUNDARYA KASIRAMAN completed her B.Sc. Agri. (2017), Post-Graduation M.Sc. Agri. Plant Pathology (2019) 1st Class with Distinction and Pursuing Ph.D. (Agri.) in Plant Pathology Discipline from Annamalai University. Currently Serving as Official "Board of Studies Member" for the Dept. of Plant Pathology, AU. As a Mushroom specialist, she acted as the Resource person to conduct various demonstration on edible mushroom cultivation and gave training to the farmers and the students. Successfully running free consultancy service on mushroom cultivation in her home town. Her Academic contributions includes: Scientific papers (07), conference papers (15), book chapters (08), popular science Tamil articles (06), in high impact National and International journals, conference proceedings, books, and science magazines,respectively. Also, a Life member of the AIASA- All India Agricultural Students Association, India. Life time Professional member LMINSC of InSc International Publishers (IIP) in recognition of Professional Standing. and Recognized as an Official Reviewer for InSc International journal under the stream: Basic and Medical Sciences. Official editorial board member of Greenaria magazine for Agriculture genre.Currently, working on Evaluating Biomolecules from the wild indigenous mushroom for the management of Rice major Diseasesas a Novel strategy to New Generation fungicides. Honored with Asia's top "Mushroom specialist" and "Outstanding Plant Pathologist" Award from AIWA 2022, Women Empowerment legendry league, and Futuristic Education leadership award as "The Dynamic Researcher" in Plant Pathologyat International Innovative Education Summit and Awards organized by Techprolabs (IIT Patna), also Awarded with "Research Excellence Award" for the enlightened Research work on using solvent extracted metabolites of indigenous wild mushroom extracts for the management of Major diseases of Rice (Oryza sativa L.) by Institute of Scholars, InSc, Under Ministry of MSME & Corporate affairs Govt. of India. "Young Researcher Award" by Society of Ecological Sustainability, Odissa.
