She has been working as Head of Department of Interdisciplinary for Progressive Educations Society's B.Ed. College, Shivajinagar, Pune. Her areas of Specialization are Educational Administration, Research and Science Method. She has attended and organized many Seminars, Conferences and Workshops Webinars, worked as a lecturer in Faculty Development Programme.
