Dr. Ashok Kumar is working as an Associate Professor, Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Professor in theDepartment of Statistics, University of Lucknow, Lucknow since 2016 and Department of Statistics, University of Delhi, Delhi during 2012 -2016. He has more than ten years of teaching, research and administrative experience. Dr. Kumar received M.Sc. Statistics degree in 2011 from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, thereafter he obtained degrees of M.Phil. Statistics in 2014 and Ph.D. Statistics in the field of Design of Experiments in 2021 from the Department of Statistics, University of Delhi, Delhi. Dr. Kumar has delivered number of invited lectures across the country on different topicsof Statistics alongwith its applications through various statistical software including R, Python and SPSS. He has published several research papers in journals of international and national repute and also published several chapters in edited books published by international and national publishers. Dr. Kumar has edited a book on A Statistical approach to Nutrition and Human Health. Dr. Kumar is member of several academic and professional bodies as well as member of editorial board of journals.
