Dr. Subrata Sen is an RCI-Certified Special Educator who received his Ph.D. degree from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong under the guidance of two veteran teachers and erudite scholars Prof. B.P.Sahu and Prof. R.N.Rai. He has contributed extensively to the world of Special Education with publications appearing in several leading medical and social science journals. He is the author of Pedagogy of English, Defence Mechanisms and Emotional Control Strategies of Parents with Differently Abled Children, Dynamic Approaches to Literature Reviews, etc. Apart from his teaching profession, he put forth all his energy in cooking, Vedic Astrology and alternative medicines. At present, Dr. Sen is engaged in different social media for revamping the awareness programmes for Parents with differently abled children ('Divyang’).
