Dr Sudesh B Ghoderao has completed M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry in 1990 and M.Phil in 1996 from Dept of Chemistry, SPPU, Pune. He has completed Ph.D in Chemistry in 2009 from YCMOU, Nashik. He has published number of papers in peer reviewed journals with good impact factor. He has presented research papers in international and national conferences too. He has completed Minor research project funded by UGC, WRO, Pune. He has also received short term visitor ship of HBCSE, TIFR for two times to complete educational project. Dr Sudesh B Ghoderao currently works as Associate professor in GE Society's RNC Arts, JDB Commerce and NSC Science College, Nashik Road, Nashik Maharashtra, India. He has a total of 29 years teaching experience.

Dr Sudesh B Ghoderao is a member of Executive Council of Association of Chemistry Teachers (ACT). He is also a Mentor of INSPIRE program of DST Gol. He has delivered invited talks in INSPIRE camps held at various places in India. He has worked as member of Jury panel as DST Representative for Maharashtra State level and for District level INSPIRE science exhibitions. The activity submitted by him as a part of International Year of Chemistry (IYC) 2011 celebration was approved by IUPAC and UNESCO and many programs were conducted. He is associated with organizers of Australian National Chemistry Quiz (ANCQ), for Nashik Region since number of years.

Dr Sudesh B Ghoderao is approved orator and has delivered number of lectures in Jaykar Lecture series organized by Bahishal Shikshan Kendra's affiliated to Extra Mural study center of SPPU, Pune, on the topics like science behind miracles, development of scientific temper & eradication of superstitions adulteration in food, safety in chemistry laboratory and right to information act His fields of interest are chemistry education, science popularization and communication, development of scientific temper and superstition eradication. Dr Sudesh B. Ghoderao is also active in social work and is National General Secretary of Federation of Indian Rationalist Association (FIRA) and Secretary of National and International Coordination of Maharashtra Andhshraddha Nirmulan Samiti (MANS).
