Dr. Tarun Dhar Diwan received his M. Tech. and a Ph.D. degree from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai in Computer Science & Engineering, M. Phil. From CVRU, MBA (Human Resource Management) From IGNOU, LLB from Atal Bihari Vajpayee University, Bilaspur, He has published more than 85 research papers in International Journals and Conferences of high repute Journals (Including Science Direct Journals), He holds seven patents (including those from India and Australia), and has written five books. He is now head of the Department of Information Technology in Govt. E. Raghvendra Rao P.G. Science College, Bilaspur.
