Santosh Kumar Kappu The author has completed his doctorate from Delhi University in Adult education (education). He is having deep interest in studying and doing research in unorganized sector/informal sector. In this regard he choose Delhi NCR, where major segment of population exists and largely dependent upon this sector for their livelihood related concerns.
