Tirthankar Sarma M.A.,M.Phil.,B.Ed.,Ph.D. Research Scholar, Rajiv Gandhi University,Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.He is son  of Dr. hangshadhar Sarma and Hiran Devi. He is Assam Book of  Records holder and World Record Holder for smallest glass painting. He is author of book “PORTRAITS” and “PANORAMA” He has been awarded ‘Ankan Bhaskar’ from Rabindra Bharati University and ‘Ankan Ratna’ rom Bangiya Sangeet Parisad, West Bengal. He is also author of the book “Environments” . He has been awarded as ‘Young Researcher Award’ and ‘Research Excelence Award’ by INSC.
