Dr. Tribeni Borthakur M.Sc., PhD was awarded Ph.D. Degree in Physics in the year 2019 from Dibrugarh University, Assam. Her research area is in Organic Thin Film Transistor. She had worked as a project investigator at IITB in 2016 under INUP Project. During her tenure she had fabricated and characterised OTFT devices to study the electrical performances of the devices.She   had   also  attended  workshop and hands on training on fabrication of OTFTs in  IITB.Moreover, she had attended International and National conferences, seminars and workshops to present her research works. She has successfully published three research papers on International journals (viz. Indian Journal of Physics, Applied Physics A, Journal of Electronic Materials). She has also worked as scientific research paper reviewer for Indian Journal of Physics in 2018.
