Vidya Rajasekaran, is an accomplished academician and software professional, completed her Bachelors and Masters of Technology in Information Technology, currently she is perusing her Doctorate in the field of Data Science . Apart from research and technology she always had a passion for social service, arts and culture. Throughout her life, she has made significant contributions to the field of research and education and has garnered recognition for her expertise and dedication. She is honoured with Rashtrapathy Award from former President of India, Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and Rajyapuraskar Award from former Governor of Tamilnadu, Fathima Bee, for her social service activities. She also received Kalai Illamani Award, from former Educational minister, Tamilnadu , for her excellence in dance, for state level, Uva Sri Kala Barathi Award, from Barathi uva Kendra Trust- Madurai, Tamilnadu and Vivekanandar Award from Jeyam Illayor Trust, Trichy, Tamilnadu for her academic excellence in studies. She has contributed several research papers in conferences and journal and her domain of research interest are Data science, Data Analytics, Web Services, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Consumer Behaviour and Artificial Intelligence. She owns 2 patents. She serves as an active reviewer of 3 International Scopus Indexed Journals.
