Dr. Vinita Chhetri is working as Associate Professor of History in UPES School of Law, Dehradun. She got her M. Phil Degree from Banasthali Vidyapith and was an ICHR fellow for her Ph.D. Her articles are printed in the leading magazines like Diplomacy and her research works has been published in journals in India and abroad. This is her fifth book.
