Performance appraisal refers to a process, which studies and evaluated the job performance of personnel. Formally Appraisal is an effective instrument in the human resources management, which if performance correctly and logically, the organizations will reach it heir personnel will achieve their interest .The act of motivation the employees are in the heart of the organizations.
