We made a first attempt to provide good literature to the undergraduate students of physical education about the common injuries and its management. This book will also provide good literature about life skill education. An attempt has been made through this book to provide quality user friendly information to professionals.

This book is organized into 6 units. Many of the topics covered in this book may be useful to Bachelor of Physical education and sports degree students for their fifth semester first aid topic.

We hope this book will enable professionals and physical Education students to build a study Foundation on which to base the profession of physical education.
