Pharmaceutics is the branch of pharmacy that integrates knowledge of physics and chemistry into the study of pharmaceuticals and pertains them to the stable preparation of pharmaceutical dosage forms. The concept of this subject helps the formulator pharmacist in selecting the right ingredients for the dosage form development. This means it concentrates on the theories behind the phenomena necessary for dosage form design.

 It gives us immense pleasure to present this book in the hands of readers. The book is strictly written as framed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) under sections 6,7 and 8 of Regulation 2014. This book consists of 14 chapters.

 The scope of the book shall be able to:
