The legislation governing relationship between people and the state is referred to as public law. In this sense, comparative public law can be characterized as the area of law that compares the interrelationships between Indian state and other nation-states. Comparative public law is a relatively new concept. Its growth is based on the expanding ties between various global regions. As the relationship grew, it became vital to comprehend and evaluate the legal systems of other nations in order to make changes to the legal system.
Comparative public law is related to various nations' legal systems. Knowing the similarities and contrasts between the legal systems of many nations is crucial for improving, advancing, and changing one's own country's legal system as society moves towards democracy. In the current era of internationalism, democratization, and economic globalization, the significance of comparative law has increased significantly. India is one of those developing nations, and since it began to realize the importance of tailoring laws to a more individualized perspective, its legal system has undergone significant transformation.
