In our music field, there are millions of songs composed by various authors right from 15th century to present and many are in prevalent in public. To ease out students to learn the songs I have selected some 108 songs “A la Carte” of different composers, as a part-1.
 
This book gives you Lyrics of simple songs (krutis) that can be sung easily only with the lyrics. If readers encourage, I intend to bring out many simple songs in parts in future.

As you aware, I already released 7 Nos. books (5 On music and 2 Nos. on non- fiction). “Ashtothttara shata simple krutis- lyrics Part 1”. book is my 8th book.

Subject book, cover lyrics of Central Govt. approved National songs and some state official songs, for easy learning of these songs. To a middle level student learning, I attached Nottu Swarams (12 out of 37 Nos) of Sri. Muthuswami Dikshitar.

A sample of varnam of Sri. Balamurali Krishna, forms part of the book as it’s very easy varnam before you start singing krutis. It’s in notation showing 2 kalams and Tisra gathi flow.

This book also contains some of author’s compositions and hope readers will like them. To some krutis, wherever felt, I presented them in notations, to facilitate student to learn in detail.
